Our sustainable approach to farming mitigates the impact we have on our land and the environment we all share.  Most of our produce comes from a hydroponic greenhouse.  Yes its more expensive, but its worth it!  Beyond the improved environmental conditions we also become more sustainable.  We collect rainfall in our 1 million gallon cistern, and we use this water to grow our produce.  By sequestering rainfall we help reduce flooding from run off and preserve our soil.

Hydroponic growing has long been known for its purity and efficiency.  We use fewer resources per pound of production than comparable forms of farming.  And, due to the nutrient solution we carefully manage, our produce tastes better and is better for you.

Organic means a lot of different things to different people.  To us it means we will not use harmful chemicals or pesticides.  We are proud to grow the food that feeds your families.  Thank you for supporting this tradition.
